Where we ship

We ship to all 50 states, Washington, DC and APO/FPO/DPO military addresses. We don’t ship outside the United States yet.

What it costs

• Shipping is free when your items come to $99 or more after any discount. Below that, it is $6.95.
• Add-ons, such as Consecration, a holy-water vial or gift presentation, and free gifts don’t count toward the $99.
• Items you add after checkout ship in the same parcel at no extra shipping charge.
• Some offers have their own shipping and handling charge; it is shown with the offer and on its terms.

When it ships

• We ship orders within 2 business days.
• Orders with Consecration of a cross, icon, medallion or prayer rope ship in 3–8 business days: our priest consecrates the item before it ships.
• A consecrated diptych ships in the normal time: it was consecrated before it left the workshop.
• We usually ship with USPS and email you the tracking number when your order ships. In the contiguous US, delivery usually takes 2–5 business days after that; Alaska, Hawaii and military addresses can take longer.

Christmas

Order by these dates for delivery in time (our dates follow USPS’s holiday dates):

• Christmas (25 December). Ordering Consecration on a cross, an icon or a medallion? Order by 6 pm Eastern on Thursday 10 December for delivery by 24 December. Consecrated diptychs ship in the normal time.
• Christmas (25 December). Order by Tuesday 15 December for delivery by Christmas (Monday 14 December for Alaska and Hawaii).
• Christmas on 7 January. Ordering Consecration on a cross, an icon or a medallion? Order by 6 pm Eastern on Thursday 24 December for delivery by 6 January. Consecrated diptychs ship in the normal time.

If we can’t ship on time

If we can’t ship by the time we stated, we email you and offer to cancel with a full refund (16 CFR 435).

Lost or damaged parcels

If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, email us your order number and, for damage, a photo. Arrives safely or we replace it: we send a replacement, or refund you if we can’t. See also Returns and refunds.
